Clouds over Redesdale this week, we finally got some rain.

Many of you will see that the renovations to the side of the cafe are now complete. Work shall begin soon on the front facades.

We've had a rough trot. I still cannot recruit staff to work in my beautiful cafe. Further, family illness means I am now living away from Redesdale.

I am still hopeful that we will be able to reopen again .......one day.

Whilst clouds are unfairly described as negative things sometimes, they are beautiful to us here in Redesdale x

Echidnas are very active here in Redesdale currently, their young are called "puggles" that is the sweetest x

I am sorry but Cafe Budburst won't reopen on 1 July as I originally hoped. I haven't been able to find a helper for weekends and this CoVid uncertainty makes it difficult also. I hope to reopen 1 September 2021, in time for the first bursts of spring x
