WE ARE HIRING!

Red Cliffs Club is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue.
- Lead, coach, and support the team.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure compliance with gaming, liquor, and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Monitor gaming and hospitality operations to maintain high standards.
- Assist with managing staff rosters and labour costs.
- Conduct venue inspections to ensure presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
- Support recruitment, training, and employee development.
- Assist with managing cash handling, stock control, and operational reporting.
- Coordinate maintenance and ensure the venue is well presented.
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to business growth.
- Support the General Manager as required.

The following qualifications are desirable:
- Current Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate (RSG)
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
- Victorian Gaming Licence
- TAB & Keno

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
