At Cafe Lounge, we believe hospitality is about creating memorable experiences, building genuine connections and serving our community with quality and care. As our café continues to grow, we’re looking for the right person to grow alongside it.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the owner in a hands-on role that goes well beyond traditional café work. You’ll be involved in the day-to-day operation of the business while developing valuable skills across customer service, food and beverage, business operations, presentation, marketing and continuous improvement.
We’re looking for someone who naturally takes initiative, enjoys learning, notices the little details and takes pride in doing things well. Someone who thinks creatively, contributes ideas and wants to play an important role in shaping the future of Cafe Lounge.
An interest in photography, visual presentation and social media would be highly regarded, as you’ll have the opportunity to help showcase the café and share the story we’re continuing to build.
