Introducing the PAN DE COCO 😍
A fluffy Filipino baked bun filled with our housemade dulce de leche, caramelised banana, toasted coconut and kataifi.

You may have seen this pan de coco as part of our collaboration with and for the Filipino Boodle Brunch at the festival! We received such positive feedback about the pan de coco from those who attended that we wanted to share it with the rest of you!!

Starting tomorrow, the Pan De Coco will be available all month at both Caroline Springs and CBD stores!

HOT TIP: Do yourself a favour and add-on our ube butter and LATHER it onto your pan de coco. Tastes like crack (their words, not ours 👀)
