There are some communities you become part of… and then there are communities that become part of you. ❤️
For us, RSPT Fitness Family is definitely the latter.
What Renee has created at RSPT is something really special. It’s not just a gym. It’s a community where everyone’s journey is celebrated — the good days, the bad days, the days you smash a goal and the days simply getting through the door is an achievement.
Renee has an incredible way of making every person feel supported, encouraged and proud of how far they’ve come. She sees the journey, not just the result, and the community she has built around that philosophy is absolutely incredible. 🫶
And we are so grateful for the support and opportunities Renee and the RSPT Fitness Family have given Frustard too. From welcoming us into their community to giving us opportunities to be part of their events, they have supported our little business in ways that mean more than they probably realise. 🍨❤️
