To our friends and customers in Rainbow Beach,
By now, you are probably aware that our wonderful restaurant, Quay Carlo, has been forced to permanently close. The landlord of the premises unfortunately decided to terminate our lease at very short notice just before the festive season.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
We also extend our apologies to our staff who have been left without work over the Christmas period. We feel we have worked our hardest over the last 2 and a half years to support both locals and tourists, and we were really looking forward to our third Christmas and Easter at Quay Carlo.
We would like to thank our staff for all their hard work, our wonderful locals for their relentless support, and all the visitors from around Australia and overseas that have made our time in our restaurant so memorable.
