Club Quirindi is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Functions Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, planning events, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

✅ Coordinate function and event bookings
✅ Liaise with clients from enquiry through to event delivery
✅ Prepare function documentation and run sheets
✅ Work closely with our Head Chef and management teams
✅ Help create memorable experiences for our guests

What We're Looking For

✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Experience in hospitality, events, administration, or customer service preferred
✔ Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends

Quirindi Golf Club is turning 100, and we are incredibly excited to welcome our members, past members, friends and visitors to Quirindi for a very special Centenary Celebration Weekend – 23rd to 25th October 2026.

For 100 years, Quirindi Golf Club has been at the heart of our community — creating friendships, memorable competitions, plenty of laughs and, of course, countless stories along the way!
Now it’s time to celebrate the people who have made our club what it is today. ❤️

Twilight Golf & Drinks | 3.30pm – 7.00pm
Kick off the celebrations with a relaxed 9 holes of twilight golf, followed by drinks and a catch-up with friends, past members and visitors while enjoying the beautiful Quirindi fairways.

🏆 SATURDAY 24 OCTOBER

Gowings Toyota Cavanagh Cup | From 8.00am
Our historic Cavanagh Cup, proudly sponsored by Gowings Toyota, will take centre stage.
As the longest-running event at Quirindi Golf Club, it is the perfect way to celebrate the traditions and history that have shaped our club over the past century. ⛳

🥂 SUNDAY 25 OCTOBER

Centenary Celebration Lunch | Club Quirindi | 12.00pm – 4.00pm
The weekend will culminate in a very special Centenary Lunch at Club Quirindi.

Come along and take a walk down memory lane, with historical trophies, photographs and memorabilia showcasing 100 years of competition, friendship and camaraderie at Quirindi Golf Club.

There will be plenty of reminiscing, with some of our older — and not so old! 😉 — members sharing memories and stories from the life and times of the club.

And of course… 🎟️ our Major Centenary Raffle will be drawn!
