Soooooo... This morning Kezz realised that she doesn't Bounce like she used too.. 🤔😭😂😪😪😪

After a day of Pain and discomfort, but still managed to get threw the day with the help of our BRILLIANT and AWESOME team, It has become quite nasty..🙃

Unfortunately SugarPlum will be CLOSED on SATURDAY 11th July. Just to give Kezz time to rest, and with School Holiday Leave for some staff, It is not possible for us to give you the Service you all love so much. ❤️

Thanks for your Understanding and we will be back OPEN on Monday as usual..

💙 R U OK? Blue Tree 💙

The blue trees are about for many reasons.

They stands as a reminder that mental health touches so many lives. It affects people in different ways, often silently, and almost every family knows someone who has struggled.

Together with our Yellow Tree for cancer awareness, these trees have been painted as places of hope, reflection and conversation. They are here to encourage us to check in on one another, to reach out when we need help, to listen without judgement, and to remember that no one has to face life’s challenges alone.

Already, the Blue Tree has made a difference to one local family. They have found it to be a special place to pause, reflect and remember a loved one. Knowing that something so simple can bring comfort reminds us why projects like this matter.

If these trees encourage just one conversation, one act of kindness, or one person to ask for help, then they have already achieved something truly meaningful.

The next time you pass by, take a moment to stop. Think of someone you care about. Send a message. Make a phone call. Ask the simple question:

“Are you OK?”

Sometimes those three little words can change a life. 💙

1 JULY 2004.. Kezz opened Quirindi Florist. 22 years of helping my community threw good days and sad ones too.. Most of you know that I love what we do with our Cafe, and it is my main focus, but my happy place has and always will be designing with Flowers.. I am grateful to every family who has allowed me to be part of their lives in some way..
