BIG news 📣 After 5 wonderful years at the float, it’s time for me to try something new. Unstable is up for SALE 💫 I’m excited for what Unstable Coffee can become in the hands of a new owner, excited for a new owner to experience the support of this great community and excited for what will be next for me.

A big thank you is definitely owed to my always unstable customers, but a long sappy post about how much you mean to me will come later…

For now, if you want to move to the best town in the west (I said what I said) and take on a business that’s more like being a part of the community’s heartbeat than it is a job, this might be the one for you. For those already living here – I don’t need to sell you on it, you already know.

Peep the ✨NEW✨ floor ! Every summer I seem to take on a project for the float that ends up being 16803 x harder than expected 😂 Anywho, I did it 👏🏼 And when I say I, I mean me, Duncan and 7 tubes of silicone…IYKYK. Swipe to see what she looked like before the glow up ✨

VERY happy with the end result and if anyone has any comments about how I should have done it differently, please write me a letter and pop it into the big, green, plastic post boxes that usually get collected on a Monday 💁🏻‍♀️

Great news…I’M BACK! Open from 5:30am Monday morning, where I’ll be non-stop talking about my holiday and asking you about your break 🎄 Cold brew is back, toasties are ready and the banana bread will be as fresh as ever 🫶🏻 Can’t wait to fill your ears with my constant yapping again 👏🏼
