After an incredible few years of coffee, food, laughter and so many beautiful memories, we have made the very difficult decision to say goodbye to our beloved little café, Saltbush.
As a family, Saltbush has become so much more than just a small business. It has been a huge part of our lives, and we have been incredibly lucky to have shared it with such wonderful locals and a beautiful little community. Saying goodbye to this town and to all the familiar faces who have walked through our doors is honestly heartbreaking. We will miss the morning coffees, the friendly chats, the regulars who became friends, and all the little moments that made Saltbush feel like home.
But as one chapter closes, another begins. We are taking a big leap and moving to Brisbane to start our next journey as a family. While our hearts are heavy leaving such a special little town, we are also excited for what lies ahead.
The best part is that Saltbush will continue on in local hands. We are so happy to be passing the café on to someone who understands what makes this place special and who will keep Saltbush running in the same warm, friendly and welcoming way you all know and love. So please continue to support them, pop in for your coffee, and give them the same love and support you have given us.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Thank you for supporting our family, for choosing Saltbush, for sharing your stories and your mornings with us, and for making our time here so incredibly special. We may be leaving the town, but a huge piece of our hearts will always belong here. ❤️
