Short answer: because we’re small, we care about quality… and we’re only open once a month.

At The Meat Wizard, everything we do takes time. Proper time. Low and slow smoking, quality cuts, and small-batch prep. We’re not a big operation pumping out bulk meat, it’s just us behind the smoker making sure every single order hits the standard we’re known for.

Because we trade just once a month, that day has to count. Pre-orders let us plan every cook properly so we can show up and deliver exactly what’s been promised no guesswork, no scrambling, no compromises.

Pre-orders mean:
✔️ We only cook what’s needed — no waste, no shortcuts
✔️ Your food is as fresh as it gets — not sitting around waiting
✔️ We can focus on quality over quantity every single time
✔️ You’re guaranteed to get what you want (no “sorry, we sold out” moments)
