Quambone is a remote area in Wayilwan Country, NSW at the gateway to the Marshes. The Wayilwan name for the marshes is Maliyangaa Ngurra.
We aim to serve the community of Quambone and surrounds as well as serving itinerant workers, tourists & visitors.

We, Darius & Kathy Smith would like to thank all of our customers over the past 13 years who have supported us in the Post Office and General Store at Quambone. Since our family decided they wanted to stay in the west and populate it, we have been drawn to return over there even though it is so beautiful and unique here. We would love you to visit us if you get over to the west at Yealering Hotel.
