In 2026, AKIPAN will be switching to a new takeaway cup design 🥤
The cups are 100% compostable, with sugarcane-based lids.

Even though they’re disposable, we wanted them to feel unmistakably AKIPAN.
The new design will be introduced gradually as the current cups run out.

Chocolate & Orange Panettone

A texture you won’t find elsewhere.
It melts on the palate — yet never disappears.
The dough holds its presence, clear and confident.

For this chocolate version, the flour blend was redesigned from our Yuzu Panettone,
aiming for a more distinctive character — and we got there.

Chocolate and dough dissolve together as one,
followed by the fresh, lingering aroma of candied orange peel.

Built on a traditional Italian recipe,
and refined with the techniques behind our one-of-a-kind shokupan,
this is AKIPAN’s original expression of panettone.

For us, this feels like a point of arrival.
