If it was easy everyone would do it right?!? 😅🙄🤣

We’ve come so far on this incredible journey! This was circa 2018 Sisters Market Brunswick town hall and we were lucky enough to have the amazing as our next door neighbours! No shop, No van just a couple of trestle tables, a handmade sign and a dream! We were still hiring the local bowls club to make our shells!
We’ve evolved so much and continue to and it’s been so great to see Michelle and the team at Abruzzo Lab do the same ♥️♥️

When we opened a gluten free cannoli bar in the back streets of Preston, a lot of people thought we wouldn’t last six months. Maybe they had a point 😏 it wasn’t the obvious choice. But it was our choice, and you showed up for us. Eight years later, we’re double the size, triple the team, more in love with what we do than ever and making the best damn gf goodies we’ve ever made!
This is for everyone who believed in us before we had any reason to ask them to. ♥️
