A couple days after Father’s Day, we received this beautiful handwritten card from Notis Karidakis | RT Edgar Northside, who visited Noi for the very first time with his family💙

It’s easy to think that hospitality is simply about food but for us, it’s about creating moments. And sometimes, our guests leave us with an experience we remember too.

In a world where negativity can travel so quickly, a small gesture of kindness can mean more than people realise. This card genuinely touched our whole team, especially Jo🫶

This week at Noi Pizzeria, we’re bringing you our Frittatina Classica. Bucatini, creamy béchamel, peas, minced beef, prosciutto cotto and mozzarella, crumbed and fried until golden, then finished with pea purée and pecorino.
