Backstory of our Wing Chun burger: 🍔
Our Wing Chun Burger is inspired by the ‘Goat Stance’, a key training posture in the Wing Chun martial art.

Just as the Goat Stance helps practitioners practice balance and relaxation when exerting or neutralising force, we’ve balanced the natural goat smell with spicy herbs and cooling your taste buds with fresh vegetables to bring everything into perfect balance - just like in Wing Chun practice.
