LEBERKÄSE also known as Continental Meatloaf 🤗

This German Gourmet specialty is part of the daily cuisine all over Germany although different areas have their special way to eat it.
Coming from the North of Germany we enjoyed it preferably sliced as a cold cut on our where as people in the South like Munich, for example, they do really enjoy the thicker slices (about 1cm) grilled and then served in a fresh bun.
Either way, this is indeed that you should give a try 👍🏼😉🔥
