10 years of Chef Amber Doig with APPLEJACK & The Butler Potts Point 🍾

Amber first started in Potts Point as our Sous Chef, before she quickly lead the team in the Head Chef role. She is such a valued member of the Applejack team assisting with menu creation & new venue openings across the group.

Tucked away on Victoria Street, the restaurant has a sun-drenched terrace framed by lush greenery and sandstone, with sweeping city views and a menu of Mexican-inspired seafood, ceviche, tacos and slow-cooked meats. It’s feels a world away from the C*D, despite being right in the heart of Sydney and is a favourite among many for good reason.”
