A pop of colour on Victoria Street.

Local artist Louis found his muse in the picturesque surrounds of Potts Point – from the white shuttered windows of Juanita’s Bar to his love of native botanicals. Chef Amber also put together a spread of some of her favourite Butler dishes for inspiration.

Introducing Porchetta Sundays. A warming winter special here in Potts Point.

$55pp every Sunday this Winter:
Pork belly butterflied, rolled and seasoned with our green chorizo, roasted until crispy and tender, finished with fresh salsa verde.

Served with
Roast Jerusalem artichokes with toasted sunflower seed & tahini, finished with fresh truffle.
Winter leaves with aji verde, fresh radish and Reggiano Parmigiano.
Flash fried brussel sprouts, with lime, fresh herbs, brown butter crema.

Available Sundays from 12pm – 3pm, July and August only. Book by 6pm Friday to reserve your place.
