Japchae is all about generosity — colourful veggies, chewy glass noodles, and a sweet–savoury soy sauce that ties everything together.
It’s the kind of food that makes any day feel like a celebration. 🎉
🥬 What you’ll need:
Glass noodles (sweet potato noodles)
Garlic, carrot, onion, zucchini, red & yellow capsicum
Spinach, mushrooms (shiitake, oyster, king oyster)
Beef or your favourite protein
Soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds
🔥 How to make it:
1️⃣ Cook glass noodles for 7 min, rinse in cold water.
2️⃣ Stir-fry each veggie separately — quick and hot, to keep every flavour alive.
3️⃣ Pan-fry the marinated beef until golden.
4️⃣ Toss noodles with sauce (soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil).
5️⃣ Mix everything, top with sesame seeds, and serve with love. 💛
