Croquetas 🇪🇸

Although their origins can be traced back to France, croquetas quickly became a beloved staple of Spanish cuisine.

In Spain, croquetas are much more than a simple snack. They’re tradition. That kind of food that brings family and friends together, around the table or at the tapas bar.

We’re very lucky to have our Head Chef, David, who is a true master of the croquetas.

Our ever-rockstar shift friend, Núria.

Núria is one of our longest standing staff members and has become a very special part of the Hut.

Even with a full-time job during the week, she has always found the time to be there when we needed her most, especially through some of our craziest and hardest shifts!

She never arrives without that big, beautiful smile, her positive attitude and that “don’t worry, we’ve got this” energy. ❤️
