** 2025 Emma Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Gris - Radis Estate
Our only wine not entirely estate grown—but trust them, she still has Kefi in spades. The 2025 Emma Sparkling is a thoughtful blend of vibrant Chardonnay sourced from another premium Coonawarra vineyard and our very own barrel-fermented Pinot Gris from Raidis Estate.
The Chardonnay brings finesse, drive, and a crisp backbone of citrus and green apple, while the Pinot Gris adds its signature creaminess and lush texture thanks to time spent in oak. The result? A fresh, elegant sparkling that dances on the palate with bright acidity and a silky, rounded finish.
Expect notes of lemon curd, white stone fruit, and subtle toasted brioche on the nose. On the palate, there’s a delicious interplay between zesty citrus and creamy pears with just a hint of nuttiness.
** 2026 The Kid Riesling - Radis Estate
Fresh, zesty, and full of youthful charm— is 100% estate grown and bursting with cool-climate character straight from our Coonawarra vineyard.
This vintage is all about crisp citrus and vibrant green apple, with subtle hints of jasmine and lemon zest on the nose. The palate is lively and refreshing, with mouth-watering acidity balanced by a beautifully textured finish.
Grown sustainably in our Terra Rossa soils, this Riesling is made for long lunches and sunny catch-ups.
** The Non-Vintage Chardonnay Pinot from Patrick Estate is blended from several vintages to combine the freshness and crisp flavour of young Chardonnay with the texture and complexity of an aged base wine. The base wines are a blend of multiple vintages dating back to 2006. Each year, wine is added to the base to freshen the overall blend whilst remaining consistent in style and taste. The Pinot Noir in the blend adds a roundness to the mouthfeel, making it a traditional sparkling with great complexity. This wine is made for any excuse to celebrate or merely a pre-dinner catch up with friends.
