Buffalo is back, baby.

The DMs were constant. The people were pleading. Our hottest special ever officially earned its place on the main menu.

Schnitzel loaded in house buffalo sauce, plus loaded buffalo fries for those who can’t get enough of the buffalo. Just like us.

Not many sandwiches have ever rivalled the Mama’s Vodka, but the Buffalo Chicken came pretty damn close.

So, we had to bring it back.

House buffalo sauce, dipped, dripping and covering every inch of that schnitzel, with a crispy cheese crust and a whole lot of goodness.

The Buffalo Chicken is back at Baba’s now.

Behind the Scenes with Baba. Episode 1

Our vodka sauce has been here since day one. Tweaked and refined over the years, but always a Baba’s Deli staple.

Now we’re making over 140 litres a week for our Mama’s Vodka focaccia and pizza folds.

Bright orange, unmistakably Baba’s and definitely here to stay.

Four days at Fine Food Australia, and plenty of focaccia to show for it.

We teamed up with FTF Foods, Mackenzie’s and John Bull to sample some of their incredible products, loaded into Baba’s focaccia sandwiches.

Plenty of tastes handed out, plenty of new faces met and four days full of great food.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by and everyone who helped make it happen. We had a blast.
