Edit 2: Opening Tonight

Edit: We wonā€™t be able to open on Friday.

Concrete was poured this morning and the tiling will be done on Thursday.

Our opening day will depend on the concrete and tiling setting and the job being signed off.

We hope to be open on Friday 5th or Saturday 6th.
We will make another post when we know for sure.

Friday marks 8 weeks that we have been closed.

The plumbers have been making good progress this week. Hopefully the weather holds off for them.

From our landlords agent,

The Grease arrestor arrived yesterday , however before it got off the truck the plumber looked it over and found that it was damaged and did not accept it.
He has now ordered a new one and will hopefully have the new tank for install on Monday 11 August.
We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing.

Ok we have an update.
Our landlord is replacing our current grease trap, which is only 440 litres with a new 3000 litre system. This will require excavation works ar the rear of our shop. They will also be replacing piping under the kitchen floor.

This work will start on Monday 28th July and will take approximately one week to complete, weather permitting.

We are not exactly sure when we will reopen but we have our fingers crossed for 6th or 7th August. Again we will post an update when we know more.

Unfortunately we will be closed again due to ongoing plumbing issues under the kitchen floor.
We donā€™t know when we can reopen. We will post updates when we know more.

We will be open for lunch and dinner this Motherā€™s Day 11th May.
