Bills Fishhouse is a casual, modern dining space that embraces locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable ingredients to produce simple, uncomplicated food. Aimed to bring people together over a mutual love of good food, good w**e and good times. The menu is a carefully curated sea-to-plate selection with an east meets west influence. Our focus has been on staying true to fresh, seasonal ingredients from local Oysters, Whole Fish and Seafood Shares to lush produce from Near River Produce – every dish has been designed to be shared. At the bar, drinks pack some major punch with a selection of bespoke cocktails and a w**e list to impress the most developed palette.
