🤍 Meet the Team - Part 2 🤍
This month marks 10 years of Salty Crew Kiosk, and what a journey it has been.
Over the past decade, we’ve been lucky enough to employ more than 100 incredible people, many of whom have become lifelong friends. Some of our current team have been with us since the very beginning, while others return during holidays and university breaks because Salty Crew will always feel a little like home.
We’ve watched juniors get their very first job, finish school, head off to university, travel, leave Port Macquarie, and begin exciting new chapters and some return. Seeing our team grow in confidence and follow their dreams has been one of the most rewarding parts of the journey.
Today, our team is 23 strong, and we’re so grateful for every early morning, every coffee poured, every smile shared, and every person who has been part of our story.
It’s never just been about a cafe serving food and coffee, it’s about community, connection, and the amazing people who make this place what it is.
Here’s to the team members past and present who have helped make Salty Crew what it is today.
