🚨 A Friendly Reminder About Uber Eats/Doordash Orders 🚨

Our food is made fresh and served at its absolute best when eaten hot in-store or picked up straight away. Once an order leaves our shop with an Uber Eats driver, delivery time, extra stops, and delays are completely outside of our control.

Ordering delivery always comes with the risk that food may not arrive as hot or fresh as it would in person that’s simply the reality of third-party delivery. It’s like expecting a pizza from Italy to arrive hot in Australia… it just doesn’t work that way.

We work extremely hard day and night to maintain quality, so repeated complaints about driver delays or delivery issues are unfair to our team. Ongoing offenders may have orders cancelled moving forward.

Please respect and support your local business we genuinely appreciate every customer who understands how delivery platforms work ❤️

Lately, we’ve noticed a few negative reviews that are related to food arriving cold or delayed and we just want to clear something up.

At Anatolian Breeze, every order is cooked fresh and prepared hot right before it leaves our store. We take a lot of pride in our quality and consistency.

However, once the food is picked up, delivery times are completely in the hands of the driver and the delivery platform. If you’re ordering from areas 20–30 minutes away, such as Bonny Hills and beyond, it’s important to understand that food may not arrive as hot as it was when it left our kitchen especially if the driver has multiple stops or delays.

We’re a small family business doing our absolute best, and it’s really disheartening to receive backlash for something outside of our control, as it can affect how future customers see us.

We truly appreciate your support and understanding, and we’re always here if there’s ever an issue please reach out directly so we can help.

With our suppliers’ factory recently burning down, small businesses like ours have been feeling the impact every single day. It hasn’t been easy, but moments like this remind us why we keep pushing: passion, quality, and the community that stands behind us.

We’re truly grateful that no lives were lost in the fire — that’s what matters most. Our deepest condolences go out to the entire team affected, and we wish them strength as they rebuild. In the meantime, we’re stepping up, doing it the hard way, and keeping the quality high for all our customers.
