☕️ From sunrise coffees to sunset cocktails.

Sidro Chambers is Port Fairy’s all-day destination, serving from first coffee through to last drinks.

We’re open 7 days a week from 6.30am for specialty coffee + sweet or savoury treats, and we’re fully licensed from 7am daily with beer, wine and cocktails available every day of the week.

On Wednesday through Saturday, we don’t close between coffee and dinner service - SO that means you can join us anytime from 6.30am right through until late — whether it’s a morning coffee, long lunch, afternoon wine, pre-dinner cocktails or evening dinner + share plates with friends.

Whether you’re grabbing a coffee before the drive home or making the most of your day off, we’ll be open from 6:30am serving breakfast and coffee as usual for tomorrow’s Kings Birthday Public Holiday.

Borough Wellness gym + studio will also be open tomorrow with altered public holiday schedules.

Sidro Chambers Bar + Kitchen officially opens its doors from Wednesday the 3rd of June. A space now for longer lunches, evening drinks, shared plates + slow nights inside The Borough Chambers.

Our new extended hours —
Sunday – Tuesday | 6:30am – 3pm
Wednesday – Saturday | 6:30am – late

And for the June long weekend, we’ll also be open Sunday evening, extending 6:30am – late ✨
