💃 We are looking for an assistant manager to help run the front of house side of our business, working with a small team, in a fun, unique and dynamic restaurant/cocktail bar
Lady Vandeburg mixes the best cocktails, burger and desserts in the business. And is one of the busiest restaurants in town.

Duties and responsibilities
* To create exceptional customer experiences by offering a high level of enjoyable service and ensuring all staff members interact with guests to learn their needs and surpass expectations
* Follow strategies created to maintain and attract new customers
* A clear and strong communication between floor, bar and kitchen is practised at all times
* Assisting the management team in creating new and unique events
* Dealing and resolving any customer or team conflicts in a quick and professional manner
* Training new staff members
* Ensure all food safety and OHS procedures are strictly adhered to at all times
* RSA procedures are compliant and in place
* Maintaining stock levels and ordering

Skills.
* strong organisation and delegation skills
* Happy to host and run service, leading by example and managing your team
* Excellent time management and planning skills to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
* Knowledge in stocktakes and ordering
* Maintaining a vibrant and inviting atmosphere ensuring our venue is always immaculate
* Ability to work with team members with varied experience and knowledge, mentoring and training staff
* Bookings and POS management, (we use now book it, restoke and lightspeed)
