gonzola, fiore di latte, buffalo mozzarella, smoked mozzarella and parmesan. locally grown fresh produce is bought in same day usage and always organic where possible. our dough is made with LAUKE organic specialty flour and cold fermented for 24 hours minimum to create the best tasting fluffy crunchie base. Sorry boys and girls but Pizzarella will be closed tomorrow Sunday 26 as we head in to the slowest period of the year.
We will be back in front of the marana oven on thursday as usual.

Also we will be closed for a few weeks in august
I will post details next weekend
