SKARA smallgoods produces award winning salami, ham, bacon just to name a few, all from free range and grass fed local grown beef and pork and is our number one supplier. SAY CHEESE wholesale can supply us the very best cheeses available, like our gorgonzola, fiore di latte, buffalo mozzarella, smoked mozzarella and parmesan. locally grown fresh produce is bought in same day usage and always organic where possible. our dough is made with LAUKE organic specialty flour and cold fermented for 24 hours minimum to create the best tasting fluffy crunchie base. If you have experience with dough of any kind can read a docket and follow a simple guide there may be a position in the kitchen for you.
RSA for bar work

Sorry boys and girls but Pizzarella will be closed tomorrow Sunday 26 as we head in to the slowest period of the year.
We will be back in front of the marana oven on thursday as usual.

Also we will be closed for a few weeks in august
I will post details next weekend
