gonzola, fiore di latte, buffalo mozzarella, smoked mozzarella and parmesan. locally grown fresh produce is bought in same day usage and always organic where possible. our dough is made with LAUKE organic specialty flour and cold fermented for 24 hours minimum to create the best tasting fluffy crunchie base. Hey everyone!

Pizzarella will be closed from April 27th for a few weeks while Mark takes a well earned break.

We will be back in front of the oven at 5pm on Friday May 15th!
