As it is ‘Negroni Week’ we thought it was only fitting that we introduce the amazing Lorenzo — our Bar Manager and the man who takes your cocktail very seriously. 🍸

And we mean seriously!

To most of us, a Negroni is Gin, Campari and Vermouth.

To Lorenzo, it’s Balance. Temperature. Dilution. Aroma. Texture. The right ice. The right garnish. And probably several other things he’ll explain to you while you slowly realise there’s an alarming amount of science happening behind the bar. 😂

Originally from Italy, his obsession with the craft has taken him behind the bar at Milan to Gucci Giardino 25 in Florence – The birth place of the Negroni, to the runner up in the Campari Bartender Competition.

But now? We are fortunate to have him at Lichi 🙏

And his favourite cocktail?

The Negroni.

Italian. Bitter. Bold. No unnecessary nonsense.

If you know Lorenzo, then that sums him up.

And better yet?

He’s created his own special take on it just for Lichi!

Nothing says "wedding reception" quite like a fresh round of cocktails. Our amazing bartenders, Lorenzo and Nico, were behind the bar shaking up signature Lychee Martinis and Pornstar Martinis to keep the celebrations flowing! 🍸🍹

To top it off, Amira added the ultimate finishing touch—precisely placing vibrant, homegrown edible flowers onto every single glass. Finally Belen serving the finished result.
Talk about a true team effort! 🌺🌸
