👨‍🍳 Faces of Pride | Wade & Zac 👨‍🍳
Back in April, our chefs Wade and Zac were given an incredible opportunity to step outside the pub kitchen and be part of the team at sold-out Autumn Feast.
Working alongside renowned Spanish chef Camorra from , they helped prepare and serve a feast for more than 120 guests. It was a chance to immerse themselves in Spanish cuisine, work with exceptional local produce and learn new techniques from one of Australia's most respected chefs.
Experiences like these are invaluable. Stepping into a different kitchen, working at scale and collaborating with talented chefs challenges you to refine your skills, think differently and bring fresh ideas back home.
We're incredibly proud of Wade and Zac for embracing the opportunity and continuing to grow their craft.
Now... we're all hoping a few of those new flavours and techniques might just find their way onto our winter specials board! 👀🔥
