Last Monday we almost sold out of her bánh mi rolls so hope we can hit a new hi of sales of her wonderful Vietnamese cooking we get to share as a family everyday.

We were approached by a lovely Cambodian man (Johnny) this week who claims to have the most best tasting beef kebabs and at the parties Johnny and his wife’s go to their kebabs always are eatin first, He wishes to join us selling his kebabs and gave us some to try.

Well I can tell you these kebabs are simply amazing and we will be teaming with Johnny and his wife to share himself and wife’s amazing recipe, The passion he showed for a secret recipe I was happy to chat and talk about what we could do at one of our upcoming events with support of his friends and family.

We look forward to seeing what other recipes they whip up and join us for a joint adventure showcasing Asian foods with my wife’s amazing food also of course the one and only Mia…

Get down to the old paddy’s market and support this great family who travel in from the country side daily to supply the most amazing birds you’ll ever see, not only are they wonderful this family hand feed every bird from babies as they breed and get amazing breeds as babies.

The fear mongering news is hurting this small business of birds and they are really struggling the past month, They breed and bring up their birds, this would minimize the so could infection nearly impossible living inland away from any ocean and where foreign birds may reach.

Get some food, buy a couple novelties for your pet birds 🙏

We have brought a family recipe hot sauce dip from Vietnam, we are giving free samples with every meal to sell eventually and import from Vietnam.

This is one sauce I long for when I visit the family in Vietnam, this becomes my all rounder dip for any dish
