A big thank you to our resident artist, Val of Maude's Madhouse, and all the lovely ladies who joined us last Thursday, 17th September, for a beautiful watercolour workshop. Just look at those gorgeous gumleaf artworks!

Today’s class was ‘Gumleaf Glitter’. We used a ‘negative painting’ technique in watercolours to create layers of gumleaves and added gold paint and splashes to finish them off.
They all look so good ladies! 🩷

Behind the scenes all the way in the Philippines is our Social Media, Marketing and Graphic Designer Emie who celebrated her birthday this week.
Emie works full time with us to keep up with all our events and other marketing jobs. She acts as our personal assistant and keeps Louise on task when she gets side tracked.
Thanks for everything you do for us Emie. Happy birthday and have an udderly amazing year ahead.

This Sunday, 20th September, we are having live entertainment with musician Shyanne Irwin.

With musical influences ranging from Taylor Swift and Fleetwood Mac to Keith Urban, Shania Twain, and Carrie Underwood, Shyanne Irwin tailors her live performances to create the perfect atmosphere. Her live performance style is influenced by the artists she admires and those she has worked with, including Lyn Bowtell, Catherine Britt, Kasey Chambers, Amber Lawrence, and F***y Lumsden. The multi-instrumentalist is expanding her musical knowledge and experiences by undertaking a Bachelor of Music at the University of Newcastle and is a graduate of the CMAA Academy of Country Music senior course.

So come along and join us for a relaxing afternoon. The kitchen is open until 4pm, we're fully licensed, and there's a lovely outdoor play area for the kids.
