🎸 Live Music this Sunday, 26th July — featuring Campbell Fry! 🎶

Darlings, there is no better way to warm up a cold winter Sunday than with great food, great wine, and great live music! 🍷🔥

We are so excited to welcome the incredibly talented Campbell Fry to Taste of the Country in Pokolbin this Sunday 26th July from 1pm–4pm — and it's completely FREE!

Come in from the cold, settle into a cosy seat, and let the music wash over you. The kitchen is open until 4pm, we're fully licensed, and there's a lovely indoor colouring materials to keep the little ones happy too. 🐮

We do get busy with prior bookings, so don't leave it to chance, scan the QR code on the poster or give us a ring to secure your spot!

🎨 Wildflower Meadow, can you believe these were painted right here at Taste of the Country?

We are completely in awe of what the talented ladies of Maude's Madhouse created during their Wildflower Meadow watercolour workshop held right here with us! 💛

Watching watercolours blend and bloom into unexpected patterns, then adding the most delicate linework with fineliners, gel pens and posca pens, the results are just utterly stunning. Every single piece is a work of art we'd happily hang on our walls! 🖼️🌸

If you've been looking for a creative, relaxing, and truly magical way to spend a few hours in the Hunter Valley this winter, this is it! Keep an eye on our page for upcoming workshop dates, and of course, come hungry because we'll have a delicious lunch waiting for you! 🐮

Wildflower Meadow was our watercolour workshop today at Taste of the Country. The most fun is watching the watercolours blend into each other and create unexpected patterns. We then use the shapes created to add linework using fineliners, gel pens and posca pens.

VIP Picnic Patches can be reserved along with your Ploughman's Platters if you'd like to sit outside on the grass.

This Sunday, 19th July, we are having live entertainment with musician Shyanne Irwin .

With musical influences ranging from Taylor Swift and Fleetwood Mac to Keith Urban, Shania Twain, and Carrie Underwood, Shyanne Irwin tailors her live performances to create the perfect atmosphere. Her live performance style is influenced by the artists she admires and those she has worked with, including Lyn Bowtell, Catherine Britt, Kasey Chambers, Amber Lawrence, and F***y Lumsden. The multi-instrumentalist is expanding her musical knowledge and experiences by undertaking a Bachelor of Music at the University of Newcastle and is a graduate of the CMAA Academy of Country Music senior course.

So come along and join us for a relaxing afternoon. The kitchen is open until 4pm, we're fully licensed, and there's a lovely outdoor play area for the kids.
