Pour Over ☕️✨
I drink pour over (black coffee) every day.
Pour over coffee is clean, full-bodied, and the flavor keeps changing as the temperature drops. One cup can taste slightly different from the first sip to the last.
Every coffee variety has its own character, so choosing the beans is really just about how I feel that day.
(Some people ask how many coffees I drink a day… usually 2–3. Pour over makes it easy to enjoy more caffeine without the extra fat from milk. Haha.)
It’s also one of the simplest and most relaxing ways to start the day. All you need is a kettle, a dripper, filter paper, water, and of course good coffee beans.
There are many courses that teach you how to make espresso or latte art.But not many places teach the quiet beauty of brewing a nice pour over coffee.
