The snapper just came out of the oil, so we’ve laid everything flat and left the paper bag open to let the steam out. If you're heading down towards the water, you've got the perfect mix right here 👌

We don't change much here. Just the same paper wrap, the same salt, and... making sure everything from the fish to the spring roll, potato scallops and seafood stix goes out as hot as possible 😋
