Social Support Individual, Helping You Stay Connected
Sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest difference.
At IC CARE, our Social Support Individual service helps older people, people living with disability and carers throughout the Wollondilly Shire continue doing the things that matter most.
Whether it's:
Assistance with shopping
Transport to medical or dental appointments
Visits to the hairdresser
Collecting prescriptions
Going to the Bank
Visiting a spouse, family member or friend in residential aged care
One-on-one companionship and support
Regular wellbeing check-ins..our caring staff and volunteers are here to help you remain connected, independent and engaged in your community.
Every person's needs are different, so we tailor our support to suit you. Our services are affordable, flexible and delivered with genuine care and respect.
If you or someone you know could benefit from Social Support Individual services, we'd love to hear from you.
