I will do an ever changing menu, depending on what’s in the garden and available that day locally, Based on YOUR dietary requirements, whether you have allergies, or you choose to eat a vegan diet or a paleo diet, I will ensure my kitchen is free of any cross contamination sources before your visit. So the first step is this page where I’m sharing my food inspiration and recipes, I won’t be posting all my recipes but I’m happy to share some with you, just ask me if you want to know one in particular. The next step will be selling some of the things I make in a stall at the markets at some point, but I can make things on request for the mean time.

This vegan oyster sauce is fantastic, I usually use the normal oyster sauce, but I ran out. This one is a great alternative for whether you have allergies or food preferences.
Their oyster sauce is by far the best I've ever had. They smoke their oysters, which adds a fantastic umami taste.

I'm keeping it soy free with coconut aminos this time. Not traditional but so delicious.
