Last days of a lovely break. Hobart turned on the sunshine more than Brissy did. Cold, but very pretty. Mt Wellington gave us a glimpse of Tassie through the clouds, while Belrieve Beach was calm as a cucumber. Brisket crepe at Oatlands was a real treat!
Morning sun from our digs was perfect.
We are back and so grateful for our team who held down the fort.

Stage two and three, the hot and the cold of it.
Up, up and away from the boat and a dunk in Moreton Bay before landing safely to live another day. Phew!
Next little, 🥴, Boat ride to the apple isle (survived, thank goodness, after swearing off the trip way back in ‘88) and a
Bucket list trip to get our culture fix.
Mona, you did not disappoint.

We want to take this opportunity to thank Meg and Sue for letting us take some time out to renew and reboot! With the help of all the team they are running a tight ship and keeping everyone fed and watered whilst we are gone. The Brissy Bonanza has taken us to many and varied spots so far! Storey Bridge, Byron Bay, Brunswick Heads, Moreton Island, Tangalooma.
We’ve seen the spiking of the keg at the Brekky Hotel, some celebrity’s hanging around the Pacific Highway, some great places to have a beer and beautiful sunsets by the beach.

Just like everyone else this time of year, Sandy and Noono have decided that work is overrated and holidays are essential. 🌴😎
While they're off living their best lives, Meg and Sue will be keeping the wheels turning.
That means our hours will be looking a little different for a short while:
🕖 Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
🎉 Friday – Sunday: Back to normal hours
Don't worry—we're still here, still caffeinated, and still ready to see your smiling faces. Just maybe a little jealous of Sandy and Noono's holiday photos.
