Riesling, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay. 3 unbelievably fantastic wines that Head Chef Clare has matched beautifully with 3 food courses. We are so pleased to present our next wine dinner, in partnership with

Thunderstone is anchored in one of Australia’s smallest and most distinctive grape-growing regions: the Porongurup range. With a population of just over 350 people, it’s not a region built for volume. It’s a place for those who invest in nuance, where vines grow in granite soils under the watchful presence of weather-worn rock. Tony Davis () has worked with this landscape for over 30 years – his history here predates the spotlight, and his understanding of the region runs deep.

Meet Tony and enjoy a 3-course paired dinner. The kitchen team, lead by Head Chef Clare, have put together a beautiful menu showcasing local ingredients, to pair perfectly with Thunderstone’s wine. Menu posted shortly.

We LOVE this wine. Cherry, strawberry, earthy minerality. Fine tannins, medium bodied, long finish. A serious Pinot which pairs beautifully with our Gnocchi!

The Thunderstone Pinot Noir is from a special site that has been developed over 20 years. The vineyard is the result of many years of observation, experimentation, creativity and vision from the family that own and manage a special piece of dirt on the eastern end of the Porongurup ranges.

We love having Thunderstone on our list, along with their delicious Riesling!
