Fun fact: Our Rustica is inspired by the famous Neapolitan classic Salsiccia e Friarielli, one of Naples’ most iconic pizza combinations. Traditionally, it’s made with Italian sausage and friarielli, a local leafy green similar to broccoli rabe. Our version pays tribute to this beloved classic keeping the same rustic, bold, and comforting flavors that have made it a favorite in Naples for generations.

Every now and then, it’s nice to acknowledge the person behind the scenes.
Dario was born in Italy and began working in pizzerias at a young age, learning the craft from the ground up. In 2013, he came to Australia, built a life and family here, and eventually opened Aceto Pizzeria to share the authentic style of pizza he truly believes in.
Aceto is the result of years of hard work, courage, and passion. Dario may not seek the spotlight, but his dedication can be tasted in every pizza we serve.
We’re grateful to God for every opportunity and every customer who supports us. And today, we simply want to say thank you, Dario, for your commitment, courage, and love for your craft.
