Our food and drinks are completely free of additives, preservatives, flavour-enhancers and artificial colours. The Wagon’s menu is adjusted seasonally to ensure that our ingredients are always fresh and of the best quality available. Our menu is 100% vegan friendly, and primarily gluten-free and sugar-free. We aim to cater not only for health-conscious customers but also to entice and inspire those who are not ordinarily health-conscious to eat more nutritious, eco-friendly food. We believe that a healthy diet can and should be affordable, satiating and delicious. We have permanent core menu, which is accompanied by daily and weekly specials that make the most of our fresh produce and minimise wastage.
