The display is slowly coming together.
But there’s one thing I can’t ignore… people need to know I’m actually going to be there.

So this week, it’s all about marketing — getting Bloom & Bite in front of Perth couples, creating content, planning ads and trying to make sure the right people discover my wedding collection.

Because making beautiful things is one thing.
Getting them noticed is a whole different story.

And honestly… I’m learning as I go.

THE WEDDING EXPO DIARIES — EPISODE 2

I have a problem…

I have three completely different ideas for the Bloom & Bite wedding expo booth, and honestly, I can’t decide which direction to take.

🌿 The Garden — romantic, soft and full of flowers.
🖼️ The Art Gallery — sophisticated, unexpected and treating edible flowers like artwork.
✨ The Statement Booth — bold, dramatic and designed to make people stop from across the room.

But here’s the question…

Which one would make YOU stop at a wedding expo?

1, 2 or 3?

I SAID YES. And now I’m wondering what I’ve done.

Bloom & Bite is officially going to the Perth Wedding Expo on 25 October 2026.

This is a pretty big step for my little one-woman business.

I want to introduce Bloom & Bite to couples, wedding planners and venues — and show them just how far edible floral art can go.

But first…

I have a booth to design.
Hundreds of flowers to make.
New creations to experiment with.
Samples, packaging, signage, pricing…
And approximately a million other things to figure out.

So this is the beginning of THE WEDDING EXPO DIARIES.

I’m taking you behind the scenes — the ideas, the experiments, the mistakes, the panic and, hopefully, one beautiful wedding expo booth at the end of it all.

Now I just have to figure out how the hell I’m going to make my booth stand out.
