I was brought up in South America and also lived in Spain, where I ran a restaurant. 🥘✨ What a fantastic function at the Mosman Park Bowling Club!
We had the pleasure of catering for 70 guests with two of our crowd favourites: 🦐 Seafood Paella loaded with fresh local seafood 🍗 Chicken & Chorizo Paella packed with rich Spanish flavours

We loved serving up 2 giant paellas — 1 traditional chicken paella and 1 mixed gourmet chorizo paella — and being part of such a fantastic event.
