VIDEO: BUFFALO STYLE WINGS! 🤤

Ingredients;
2 x Heaped spoons of Mango Chilli Jam
1 x Table spoon sxtra virgin olive oil
2 x TSP salt

Method;
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Mix in wings
Pop in air fryer for 25-30 mins, 190 degrees! (Turn at half way mark)

NOW GO!!!!!

OMG - so excited to share that we’ve taken out SILVER for two of our sweet chilli jams at the 2026 Australian Food Awards Melbourne Royal Food & Beverage Awards 🥈🥈

What an honour! Still in shock! Super proud! And just so grateful for all the support by EVERYONE!!!! (Family, friends, suppliers, stockists, customers)! Thank you to ALL!

Again, what an honour to have the chance to collaborate with Perths BIGGEST cheese factory, La Delizia Latticini A story from humbled beginnings to a mega centre of yummy, irresistible cheese!!

This was a wonderful opportunity to be able to showcase our chilli Jams with a range of their famous cheeses!

We were welcomed with open arms and such warm hospitality! What an experience! Thank you Dom, Kirsty and Federica! You are beautiful people!

And guess what!!?? We are now stocked at their Victoria Park store!!!
