If you come across this fizzing, hereās what you need to doā¦
ā”ļøtake a bowl and open the jar over it, capturing the over flowing juices
ā”ļøempty the contents of the jar into the bowl, then replace half of the liquid into the jar
ā”ļørepack about a third of the jar and push down tightly on the product with a fork to disperse any air bubble
ā”ļøcontinue to repack the jar, pushing down the product below the brine
ā”ļøpour the remaining brine into the jar, wipe the outside of the jar with a clean cloth and replace the rinsed lid tightly and return to the fridge
