A dish we grew up eating at Malay hawker stalls - and still one of the ultimate comfort foods! Thick Hokkien noodles coated in a rich, spiced sweet potato sauce, topped with tender beef, bean sprouts, egg, fried tofu and fragrant otak-otak wrapped in banana leaf. An authentic Malaysian dish you won’t come across often in Perth!
