Three nights. One extraordinary Ballroom.

Ultimo had the privilege of catering The Governor’s Benefit Ball 2026: From Red Dirt to Red Carpet across all three nights at Government House.

It was a distinctly Western Australian celebration, from Mottainai Wagyu lamb and Government House honey to Mount Barker chicken, Stirling Range beef, Voyager Estate wines, Shelter Brewing Co beers and Limeburners Single Malt Whisky.

Alongside exceptional food and hospitality, the Ball brought together performances from West Australian Ballet, West Australian Opera and the WA Jazz Project, all in support of four WA organisations doing meaningful work in our community.

Behind the scenes, our chefs, event managers and service teams worked across three consecutive nights to make every detail feel effortless for guests.
