If I asked you if you would like to indulge in a piece of Barbecue would you say yes?

If not, then I would speculate that you have not had “real” barbecue before, because people who have had real barbecue couldn't resist its temptation. the problem is real authentic barbecue is elusive and hard to come by. some people believe, that if you take a certain piece of meat and place it on the grill,and slather it with “BBQ sauce” it magically becomes barbecue, this my food fanatics is not the case

i searched up barbecue on dictionary.com and it reads as follows, to broil or roast whole or large pieces of meat over an open fire, on a spit or grill, often seasoning with vinegar, spices, salt, and pepper. its close, but still no cigar. real barbecue is slowly cooked by the smoke of an adjacent wood coal, ember pit or by an offset wood fire in a fire box circulated into a smoke chamber, its as the saying goes cook it low and slow. it is my passion to bring this rare culinary art to the people of Perth from smoking newbies to bbq aficionados, I welcome thee with open tongs.
