The open kitchen idea lends itself to the relaxed and congenial atmosphere and being able to see the whole range of ingredients from the fresh vegetables to the freshest of seafood, beef and poultry presented in front of you when you enter the shop, whets the appetite for what is to follow. The restaurant has recently undergone renovations to ensure an increased comfort level for dine-in customers, but what remains unchanged and constant is the flavour and finesse of all the chef’s dishes.
