Stroopie & Co Stroopwafel freshly cooked, served hot from our Perth Food Van. Stroopie & Co. Stroopies, Icecream I'm a Stroopwafel! For the love of Stroopwafels!! Oh yeah!

Hot crisp cinnamon wafel cookies are baked until golden in our Dutch iron press, split while still steaming and pliable then draped with lashings of caramel Stroop, before finally being pressed back together ready to eat. What a way to warm up in winter! Or cool down in summer when two are sandwiched together around vanilla bean icecream! That's good! Take your tastebuds to Amsterdam without the jet lag.
